1Kfit is a combination of strength and conditioning exercises intended to increase body strength, body fitness, and flexibility. Through 1000 repetitions of strategically planned and scheduled exercises, both athletes participating in any type of sport, from football and basketball to yoga and dance, as well as those who just want to stay in top shape, will benefit tremendously from this class, increasing their cardio and general physical fitness levels. 1Kfit is a great complement to any of the martial arts style classes in our program.
