1Kfit is a combination of strength and conditioning exercise routines that consist of a variety of gross motor movements, often rhythmical, both with and without using equipment or apparatus. Equipment, when used, may include a variety of strength and conditioning tools such as kettle bells, battle ropes, bands, physio balls, slosh pipes, and weighted bags. This form of exercise is mainly intended to increase body strength, body fitness, and flexibility through movements such as pushing, pulling, jumping, swinging, twisting, bending, or kicking using only one’s body weight for resistance. When performed vigorously and continuously with a variety of calisthenic movements, participants receive muscular and aerobic conditioning benefits in addition to improving psychomotor skills such as balance, agility, coordination and explosive movements. In 1Kfit we combine several different exercises routines adding up to 1000 repetitions to complete with in a one hour period or a circuit training with a specified time allotted per exercise and a number of rounds rounds to be completed with in a one hr period. 1Kfit is guaranteed to help strengthen an athlete’s core and joints promoting great cardio and muscular endurance while increasing flexibility and stability maximizing every participant’s potential.
